Civilian Training Courses
Each of our civilian training courses are developed for law abiding citizens who wish to further educate themselves in the use of firearms or any of the other disciplines that we offer.
Prerequisite: Each student who wishes to attend a S.O.R.D. International training course must submit to a criminal history background screening. Those students who possess a valid concealed weapons permit from one of the 50 states which was issued within one year of the course commencement date may waive the background screening. Further, students who are members of the armed forces, law enforcement, private security and school teachers may also waive the background screening. S.O.R.D. International reserves the right to require a background screening on any potential students or refuse training to anyone who does not wish to submit to a background screening. The criminal history background screening is a non-refundable $25.00 fee. Background screenings are valid for a period of one (1) year.
